Fluency in English , spoken and written, B2 or higher and Hungarian Knowledge or experience in Accounts Payable or PTP (preferred) Strong communication and analytical skills Team player with pro-active approach A solution-oriented personality Ownership mindset Good understanding of business accountancy (preferred) Your future role Invoice & Payment processing: you will manage the full cycle of invoice processing, ensure accuracy and timely approvals, prepare payment runs and resolve any payment discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders Responsibility for timely resolution of local business partner and vendor’s queries through an advanced platform and to ensure the vendor & business questions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner Written & verbal communication on daily basis Reporting : You will contribute to the generation of reports on P2P metrics, such as invoice processing time and payment accuracy and support data analysis.
