Support professional consultancy services in Africa, and RSA, where necessary -demand based services , the SME’s capital growth strategy in Southern Africa , Support in the strategy for the accounting training business strategy for AA Consulting business model To help drive and mobilize business lead and close business revenue generation target of 2-5 Million Rands Per Annum Help lead the strategic growth, of the executive management team, to listing on the JSE in the next five years Associate Partner to head the business development unit, both local and across the Southern African Region Perform the development strategy for the cocoa bean business (products and standardization) entry for the unit in Southern Africa Company Capital raising by Share Registered Shares available for raising capital entitle to Associate partner participation is 10 million share out of 25 Million Authorized Shares, part of the business walk to JSE, engagement with Associate Partner is  $1 per share. Requirement. The prospective candidate must hold ACCA /CA South Africa qualification. Expert in Taxation /auditing /financial Management, understanding of investment and private equity business analysis Understanding of regulatory compliance system within the South Africa tax system/good governance principles. Computer literate and strategic business development acumen an advantage Ready to travel as and when required Knowledge of business operation of the African development bank will be advantage Ability to write and review proposal and good supervision skill for skill transfer Must have at least 5 years of experience in a multi facet industry exposure.
