Accounts Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for Accounts Supervisor , based in Kathmandu. The Accounts Supervisor will be responsible for managing and reviewing client’s books of accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective and timely solutions and deliverables and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves day to day review of books of accounts and response to client’s queries regarding accounts maintained by the team. The roles requires coordination between members of the team located at different stations of the company. The role requires strong command over final accounts and reports of clients and interpretation of the results of operation represented by the books of accounts. The roles involves following key responsibilities: 1. To ensure accounts are maintained and reviewed in a timely and appropriate manner and reports are prepared, reviewed and issued within the stipulated deadline 2. To ensure appropriate document requests and queries are made to client; documents and information from client are handled and managed appropriately and queries for the accounts are handled and managed 3. To manage and coordinate team’s day to day jobs; supervise assignments of team members and appropriately coordinate and handle communication within the team
