M365 Identity & Integration Engineer

As the M365 Identity & Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the technical integration and ongoing operation of applications across the Workplace Technology portfolio. Your hands-on expertise will ensure that new and existing applications align with identity, security, governance, and operational processes. Get ready to collaborate with various teams, including Microsoft 365, Cyber Security, and Service Operations, to deliver secure and supportable solutions! Key Responsibilities: Lead Application Integration: Oversee the technical onboarding of applications from design to BAU support. Secure Integrations: Design and implement integrations with corporate services, including Entra ID/Active Directory and SSO (SAML, OIDC, OAuth). Collaborate with Stakeholders: Understand functional requirements and translate them into practical technical designs. Ensure Monitoring: Integrate applications with internal monitoring and support processes before go-live. SSO Support: Implement and support SSO integrations via Entra ID, managing app registrations and troubleshooting.
