We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant who speaks Spanish, to support a highly successful entrepreneur, investor and international business leader with significant global interests. Operating across London, South America and other international locations, the Principal is active at the highest levels of business, regularly engaging with senior executives, influential stakeholders, policymakers and world leaders. The Executive Assistant will become a trusted right hand to a dynamic and high-profile Principal whose schedule spans multiple countries, industries and time zones. The successful Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an exceptionally demanding international business agenda. The role requires a highly capable, commercially astute Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys operating at the centre of major business activity and is energised by complex challenges, international travel and a constantly evolving workload. Executive Assistant Requirements: • Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. • Extensive Executive Assistant experience supporting UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs or business leaders. • Comfortable operating within UHNW environments and experienced in delivering the highest standards of service and discretion. • Strong understanding of protocol, etiquette and stakeholder management at the most senior levels. • Proven ability to support a demanding, high-expectation Principal with professionalism and resilience. • London-based, with flexibility for continual international travel and a lifestyle that allows for significant time away from home. • Experience coordinating complex international travel, schedules and high-level engagements. • Polished, highly educated, resourceful and solutions-oriented. • Naturally proactive with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. • Absolute discretion and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
