We are seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our team in North East England. This role is vital to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential part in upholding our commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas and resident rooms
Assist with laundry and linen services
Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
Support staff with daily operational tasks as needed
Help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
Report maintenance issues promptly to management
Collaborate with team members to enhance resident satisfaction
Uphold the values and standards of Exclusive Care Group.
Assist Kitchen Staff with cleaning kitchen areas
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a domestic or housekeeping role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a care setting is preferred
Compassionate attitude towards residents and their needs
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
