Temporary Administrator (2 Weeks)

📍 Dunfermline
💷 £13.50 per hour
🕒 Part Time - 16hrs per week (flexibility on how this is worked)

📆 Start Date - 18th June

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support a small, busy business based in Dunfermline. This is a short-term assignment for approximately 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and responding to general email enquiries


• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks


• Uploading invoices and assisting with basic finance duties


• Using QuickBooks to process financial information


• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team as needed

About You:

• Previous administration experience is essential


• Confident using email systems and Microsoft Office


• Familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) is highly desirable


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
