The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Administrator should have: Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role. Proficiency in using office software. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
