Job Description Manage and organise documentation and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support the team with scheduling and diary management to optimise workflow. Handle data entry and maintain records in line with company policies. Respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Coordinate office supplies and ensure resources are readily available. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols at all times. Provide general administrative support as required to ensure operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful Administrator should have: Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a professional setting. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
