About the Role We're looking for a talented and detail-obsessed Midweight Graphic Designer / Artworker to join the Bunker Creative studio. This is primarily a production-focused role, and the right person will take real pride in generating high volumes of beautifully crafted, on-brand marketing communications, consistently, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll be working from established brand guidelines and translating them into compelling creative executions across a wide range of formats and channels. You understand that excellence in artworking is a craft in itself, and you bring that mindset to everything you produce. Key Responsibilities Produce a high volume of on-brand marketing communications across print and digital, from social assets and email templates to brochures, presentations, and advertising Interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision, ensuring every deliverable is consistent with the established visual identity Manage artwork across multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality Work collaboratively with clients in briefing sessions and feedback reviews, contributing ideas and asking the right questions Assist in creative workshops and strategy sessions, supporting the wider team with visual thinking and execution Maintain impeccable file management and artworking standards, ensuring all files are print- and production-ready Contribute to brand and website design projects where opportunities arise, broadening your creative scope over time Skills & Experience Exceptional attention to detail, you notice the things others miss, and you care deeply about getting it right Proven experience in graphic design and artworking, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of marketing communications Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Figma is a plus A thorough understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work confidently within them Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects simultaneously Strong client communication skills, you're articulate, professional, and a good listener A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to take direction as well as show initiative Experience in or a genuine interest in brand identity and website design What You'll Get The opportunity to work on a diverse range of clients and sectors within a growing creative agency A collaborative, supportive studio environment where good work is recognised and rewarded Room to grow, with genuine opportunities to contribute to brand and digital projects over time A team that takes craft seriously
