Your new company Hays Education works in partnership with a wide range of primary schools across South Birmingham & Solihull, providing ongoing Teaching Assistant support on both a day-to-day and long-term basis. As we approach the new academic year, demand for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants in the Hall Green and B28 area is increasing, with opportunities available on both a temporary and permanent basis. Working on supply through Hays gives you the flexibility to choose when and where you work, helping you maintain a strong work-life balance. Your new role We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for roles starting in September 2026 across Hall Green and the B28 area. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with placements ranging from short-term assignments to full academic year roles. In this role, you will support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to access learning and manage their individual needs within the classroom setting.
