Grounds Maintenance Operative (Temporary) Location: Leiston Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Contract: Temporary About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Leiston. This is a hands-on role working outdoors as part of a team, supporting a variety of landscaping and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Carrying out hydroseeding operations Planting shrubs, grass, and other vegetation Cutting back hedgerows and general vegetation management Operating and maintaining machinery, including a ride-on tractor Supporting day to day grounds maintenance activities Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet project deadlines Requirements Valid CSCS card (essential) Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping Knowledge and experience using a ride on tractor Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £14 per hour Consistent weekday working hours (no weekends) Opportunity to gain experience on varied projects Supportive team environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
