Executive Assistant within Investment Banking £38,000 City of London Temp to Perm / Fixed Term Contract We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support to Directors, Assistant Directors and junior bankers within Investment Banking. What you’ll do: Diary management, anticipate changes to schedules and resolving issues, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, highlighting conflicts, factoring in travel time Supporting meetings and servicing committees – including minute taking, drafting agendas circulating papers, and ensuring all actions are monitored and completed on time Organising high level client lunches, dinners and events (internal/external) Point of contact between the attendees of client events and organiser Organise the different stakeholders to ensure smooth running of events Work closely with corporate events team to provide guidance, instructions on the requirements for the events Support events where required with administrative tasks What you’ll need: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience Experience working within financial services. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple demands under pressure Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively with a flexible approach.
