Ever wondered how large organisations actually operate behind the scenes?
Join Forth Valley College as a Graduate Process Mapping Intern and work on a live programme to map, understand and improve how services run across the College.
You will gain hands-on experience in business analysis, service design and digital transformation, building practical skills that employers are actively looking for.
What you will be doing
Exploring how services work across the College, including systems, people and processes.
Mapping real business processes to show how activities connect and flow.
Identifying inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Supporting workshops and discussions with staff across departments.
Helping design improved future-state processes and ways of working.
Contributing to transformation projects across multiple areas of the College.
What you will gain
Practical experience in process mapping and business analysis.
Exposure to service improvement and digital transformation projects.
Experience working with stakeholders across a large organisation.
Confidence in breaking down complex processes into clear outputs.
Skills using tools such as Visio, Miro or similar.
A strong foundation for careers in consulting, operations or transformation.

Salary aligned to National Living Wage (pro rata)
