We are thrilled to present a fabulous locum opportunity for a Substance Misuse NMP specialising in Substance Misuse, located in the vibrant city of Leeds, UK. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £55 per hour through an Umbrella service. This is a long-term position available on both a full-time or part-time basis, starting ASAP with no set end date.

What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality care to individuals dealing with substance misuse and contribute to their recovery journey.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Carry out thorough assessments and prescribe medication as needed, actively monitoring patient progress.
- Provide educational support to patients and their families about substance misuse and its impacts.
- Maintain up-to-date records using System One, ensuring all information is accurately captured.
