Our high-calibre client is seeking an exceptional Travelling PA to support the CEO across multiple international locations and residences. This is a highly demanding yet incredibly rewarding opportunity for a polished, proactive, and globally minded Travelling PA who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. The successful Travelling PA will provide seamless personal, household, lifestyle, and travel support to the CEO, working closely alongside the Chief of Staff to ensure all aspects of the CEO’s personal operations run efficiently worldwide. This role requires extensive international travel and would suit a highly adaptable Travelling PA with strong emotional intelligence, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Travelling PA Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO’s personal operations, logistics, lifestyle coordination, and day-to-day requirements across multiple residences internationally Coordinate household teams, domestic staff, suppliers, and service providers across various locations Ensure residences are fully prepared ahead of arrivals, including communicating schedules, preferences, and personal requirements to household teams Oversee household inventories, supplies, dining preferences, and personal requests with exceptional attention to detail Travel frequently with the CEO to provide hands-on support and on-the-ground coordination internationally Manage international travel logistics including flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries, and schedule changes across multiple time zones Act as the main point of contact for personal and travel-related matters requiring immediate attention and resolution Liaise closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure seamless coordination between business and personal support functions Anticipate needs proactively and ensure consistency, discretion, and operational excellence at all times Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role Travelling PA Requirements Demonstrated experience working as a PA, Travelling PA, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or within a similar high-level support role Previous experience supporting HNW/UHNW individuals, principals, or senior executives Comfortable travelling extensively internationally and working within changing schedules and environments Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst remaining calm and efficient under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly professional presentation Experience coordinating across multiple residences and household staff teams is highly advantageous Fluent written and spoken English required Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident managing complex international logistics The successful Travelling PA will be highly adaptable, discreet, solutions-focused, and confident operating independently in international environments.
