A highly successful private family office based in Knightsbridge are currently recruiting an Office Coordinator/Assistant.  You will join a driven, entrepreneurial family with philanthropic interests globally.  The ideal candidate will be I.T. savvy as you will be required to set up technical products for the family (phones, laptops, wi-fi etc) you will liaise with the I.T. team abroad for more complex queries but will needs to have a hands on, can do, proactive, solution focussed mindset, happy to undertake any task to ensure the office runs smoothly, you will also receive deliveries into the office, deal with couriers and suppliers and coordinator facilities and maintenance support.  Flexibility is required for occasional out of hours work as you may be required to visit the family home to provide I.T. support or visit the office on ad hoc weekends if the family have been away on business. You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience ideally having worked in a family office as a nanny or office coordinator/assistant used to providing hands on operational support or high end hospitality (luxury hotels).  You will be based in the family office 5 days weekly, hours 9:30am until 5:30pm with flexibility if required out of hours, the position offers generous bonuses (up to 20% of your salary) based on performance!!
