Job Description
Monitor customer and employee activity throughout the store. Deter and prevent shoplifting, theft, and other criminal activities. Conduct regular patrols of sales floors, stockrooms. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Assist with investigations involving theft, accidents, or policy violations. Complete incident, accident, and loss-prevention reports accurately and promptly. Enforce store policies and procedures while maintaining professional customer service. Coordinate with local law enforcement when required. Monitor entrances and exits to ensure security protocols are followed. Support emergency evacuations and safety procedures.
