You'll be the voice of support—whether by phone or email—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, helpful experience. Your contribution will help keep things running efficiently for both our colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with Clubcard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
• Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
• Taking ownership of the issue
• Escalating contacts efficiently

You will need

• Graduate/high school education
• Native or advanced Hungarian language
• Advanced Slovak/Czech
• Intermediate English
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Basic Computer Skills
• Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Willingness to move to Hungary

Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people globally.
