They are looking for an organised, pro-active Team Assistant to join the team. About the Team Assistant Role: This is an exciting and integral role supporting a team. The Team Assistant role will include comprehensive diary management, travel coordination and providing administrative support across the department. The responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Diary management, including arranging conference calls and meetings Overseeing full travel logistics Inbox management Assist with presentation and letter preparation Processing expenses Organisation of events, as required Other ad-hoc duties and projects, as required.
