Essential requirements - Housing , Maintenance or working for Council background. Administrator Fully office based role - must have experience working in an office Placing orders directly with contractors for repairs / maintenance works Liaise with internal teams relating to repairs in tenanted properties Handle and resolve any order or price discrepancies on invoices Tracking and amending orders. Contact contractors and/or residents to resolve repair delays and missed or late appointments. Administrator Review overdue orders, notifying of any significant delays Administrator Any associated purchasing administrative tasks as required. Administrator Provide support to scheduling teams and contract managers
