Job Description

A highly respected boutique executive search firm is seeking a Research & Document Support Coordinator to join its busy and growing team on an initial 4–6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with strong document production skills to support a fast-paced executive search environment. Working closely with consultants and researchers, you will play a key role in producing high-quality client and candidate documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, professional, and delivered to the highest standards. What you'll do: Create, format, and edit PowerPoint presentations and client-facing search documentation. Produce and maintain candidate profiles, CVs, and assessment reports. Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and formatting standards. Proofread and quality-check materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation. Support multiple search teams with the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation. Manage document updates and version control across active assignments. Assist with ad hoc administrative and project support tasks as required. Who you are: Previous experience supporting executive search, recruitment, professional services, consulting, or similar environments. Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional presentations. Strong experience formatting CVs, reports, and business documents. Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Comfortable working behind the scenes in a support-focused role.
