Sales Advisor (Telesales)
£27,000 – £29,000 + uncapped commission (on average between £500 – £1,000 a month, more in peak seasons as well)
Office based – Worcester/ Droitwich
Monday to Friday 9 – 6
CCR are supporting a boutique retailer which covers the UK overall and they are looking to bring in an experienced customer excellence professional. Customer care and service is of the upmost importance for our client and the opportunity itself will be highly rewarding in return. This position will be working within their sales team and speaking to Customers daily booking them in for appointments (all warm leads no more cold calling).
We are currently seeking proactive, self-motivated individuals to join us as a Sales Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to become a vital part of our operational team.
Duties
- As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, this would involve incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Answering incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Turning enquiries into appointments and schedule to the sales team
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer information on the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments made
- Maximize post appointment sales opportunities and follow up on quotation requests
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience within an Outbound Sales/Telesales role.
- Engaging and confident telephone manner including excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
- Resiliency and determination as well as the ability to handle and learn from rejection.
- Ambitious, competitive, and confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
- Eagerness and willingness to develop and learn.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Starting salary ranges from £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, and paid pro rata.
- Performance-Based Earnings: This role is complemented by a generous performance-based bonus structure, offering an on-target earning (OTE) potential of £36,000 to £40,000 per annum.
