This individual needs you to be an expert in your craft, to not to be phased by high profile creatives and to really understand the value an excellent EA brings. You need gravitas, team spirit and be open to using tech/AI to benefit your role. You will be responsible for a crazy diary, intricate travel planning and above all be able to demonstrate the emotional intelligence needed to read a room and handle stakeholders.
