Your new role As a key member of the electrical maintenance team, you will carry out: Domestic repairs - fault-finding, rewiring, and day-to-day maintenance EICR testing - ensuring all properties meet current safety standards Compliance documentation - completing certificates and reports accurately You'll work independently, manage your own workload, and provide a professional, customer-focused service to tenants and residents.
