What you will do:

• Conduct assessments of prospective foster carers to ensure their suitability and readiness.
• Provide ongoing support and supervision to foster carers to maintain high standards of care and safeguard the well-being of children.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals and teams to arrange and support placements in the fostering service.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance your own professional practice and support that of foster carers.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records in accordance with legislation and organisational guidelines.
