Job Description

Operating as the UK division of a respected EU food group, the UK based team has been growing their business over the last 20 years to a £120m autonomous operation which is now regarded as number one in their chosen own label food category. With significant growth plans and investment from the parent group they are expanding their range customers base in the retail sector and now need to expand their team. Managing the end-to-end commercial process from overseeing NPD development programs to meet retailer opportunities, through to ensuring manufacturing and logistics deliver your JBP commitments will engage you across the total business. Central to success will be the JBP relationship you embed with your retailer buyers to ensure the value v volume matrix is optimised to grow the profitability of your portfolio. This will involve engagement across multiple stakeholders in the UK and Germany, and whilst home working is available, there will be a requirement to visit the German and UK manufacturing sites. You’ll be ready for second to fourth career move and relish turning NO into YES through building relationships. Whilst the group is sizable the autonomy you’ll receive is just as great. This will appeal to your desire to operate in a self-functioning team where TRUST is at the heart of everything they do and develop your future. If you want to be part of a world class team, forward a copy of your up-to-date CV to the retained hiring team at Paul Nyman Consultancy.
