What you will do:

• Coordinate and oversee the creation, maintenance, and review of Education, Health, and Care (EHC) Plans for children and young adults.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including educational psychologists, health professionals, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive assessments.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to educators and parents to meet statutory requirements effectively.
• Organise and lead meetings with families and professionals, ensuring clear communication and shared goals for each EHC Plan.
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of EHC Plans, making recommendations for adjustments as needed to optimise student success.
