Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation. Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems. Assist in month-end and year-end financial processes as required. Provide administrative support to the finance team. Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments. Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Administrator should have: A background in accounting, finance, or a related discipline. Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
