Executive Assistant to Founder (10-month FTC) PR/030045 Up to £60,000 plus benefits! We are supporting a globally recognised private equity firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their London office on a 10‑month fixed-term contract. This is a high‑impact role supporting the Founder alongside a Senior Partner, within a fast-growing and internationally connected business. The firm upholds a low-ego, collaborative culture where teamwork and accountability are highly valued. You will sit at the centre of a busy, evolving environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and an international EA network, with strong visibility across the business. The Role This is a senior, high‑touch EA role supporting at Founder level, requiring strong judgment, adaptability and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment. You will operate as a true right-hand, managing a high-volume, ever-changing workload while ensuring priorities remain clear and well executed. 10-month FTC Core Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with flexibility as required) Predominantly office-based with ad-hoc flexibility (typically 1 day WFH) West End office Benefits Salary of £60.000 plus discretionary bonus Comprehensive benefits package reflective of a high-quality private equity environment About You This role will suit an experienced EA who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality, considered support.
