Team Assistant | Consulting | London | £27,000–£34,000 We are working with a well-regarded consulting firm in London to find a talented Team Assistant to join their busy, client-facing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid business support experience who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and takes real pride in the quality of their work. The Role Sitting at the heart of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a range of tasks. The environment is client-led, so attention to detail, a polished approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure are all essential. Responsibilities will include: Diary and calendar management for team members Coordinating meetings, calls, and room bookings Preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently Supporting with travel arrangements and expenses General team administration and ad hoc project support About You Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrator, or business support role Comfortable working in a client-facing or professional services environment Highly organised with strong attention to detail A warm, proactive approach and a genuine team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems The Package £27,000–£34,000 depending on experience Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 from home Excellent wider benefits package Real scope to grow within a supportive and high-quality environment
