What you will do:

• Engage with children, young people, and families to assess their needs and devise appropriate intervention strategies
• Manage cases, including Child Protection, Child In Need, and proceedings related to Children Looked After
• Maintain meticulous record-keeping, ensuring all information is up to date and accurately documented
• Provide support to team members and manage your own diary efficiently to meet workflow demands
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
