Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring. Support payroll processing and employee expense claims. Prepare financial reports for review by senior management. Manage data entry and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Provide support for audits and maintain proper documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet financial deadlines. Address queries from internal and external stakeholders related to finance. The Successful Applicant A successful Part Time - Finance Assistant should have: A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field. Experience working in the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous. Proficiency with financial software and tools (Sage 50 Desirable) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to work effectively within a team and independently. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
