URGENT CONTRACT ROLE - INCOME FINANCE OFFICER | WEST LONDON | £20PH I'm currently working with a well-regarded London local authority who are looking to appoint an Income Finance Officer on an initial contract basis. This role would suit someone with experience in: Rent arrears recovery Income collection / credit control Housing income management Tenancy sustainment Local authority or housing association environments Key responsibilities include: * Managing rent and accommodation charge arrears * Supporting residents with payment arrangements and benefit claims * Reducing arrears whilst maintaining a customer-focused approach * Legal escalation, notices and court-related processes * Liaising with legal teams, support agencies and housing colleagues * Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining accurate records The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience within social housing, local authority or housing associations Strong customer communication skills Experience handling sensitive or vulnerable cases Ability to balance collections with tenancy support Knowledge of arrears recovery and income management processes Approx. £20ph West London / Hybrid Contract role Immediate interviews available If interested, please apply or message me directly for further details.
