Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate London | Permanent | Hybrid working | Salary to £50,000 A well‑established law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate to provide high‑level support to a small group of partners within a busy and fast‑paced real estate practice. This is a key role for someone who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and delivering an exceptional standard of client‑focused support. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to the team, adapting to different working styles and priorities while managing complex tasks, projects and deadlines with confidence and professionalism. The role As an Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate, you will take full ownership of diaries, inbox management, billing coordination and wider operational support, ensuring partners are fully prepared and able to focus on client delivery. You will work proactively, anticipate challenges and provide calm, solutions‑focused support in a pressurised environment. Reporting to the Secretarial Team Leader, the role requires flexibility, strong judgement and the ability to build highly effective working relationships across the firm. Key responsibilities Acting as a professional and client‑service‑focused ambassador internally and externally Proactively managing complex partner diaries, meetings and logistics Managing inboxes, drafting correspondence and highlighting urgent matters Coordinating billing processes, WIP reviews and financial management activity Taking ownership of matter management, including chasing unpaid bills Supporting business development activity, events and seminars Arranging domestic and international travel end‑to‑end Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions Building strong internal and external relationships and promoting best practices Skills and experience Proven experience in an Executive Assistant – Commercial Real Estate or similar senior support role Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands Commercial awareness, including billing and compliance processes Proactive, motivated and calm under pressure High attention to detail with a professional and client‑focused approach Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint Working environment This role is based in a collaborative London office with hybrid working available. Core hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
