Executive Assistant - 4 Month Fixed-Term Contract Within Private Equity Overview We are supporting a highly regarded global private equity firm in their search for an Executive Assistant to join their London office on a 4-month FTC basis. This firm has an excellent reputation in the market and are known for having a very strong, people focused culture and a collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, communicative assistant who is looking to grow in their career. The role The role will be focused on supporting a deal team ranging from junior investment professionals through to Director level. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering broad exposure to support internal external stakeholders, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and relationship building. Key responsibilities Providing float support across the team, stepping in where needed Managing complex and ever-changing calendars Coordinating international travel Processing expenses Assisting with general deal team support and administrative tasks Acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders What they are looking for A proactive, solutions-focused Assistant with strong organisational skills Excellent written and verbal communication High levels of accuracy and attention to detail A collaborative, personable approach – someone who will enjoy and contribute to a friendly, high-performing EA community Experience supporting in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment (professional services/finance highly desirable) Highly tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes Additional details Core hours: 9am–6pm with flexibility required A brilliant culture known for being welcoming, supportive, and team-oriented Salary £52,000-£55,000 (pro rata to the length of the contract) depending on experience Comprehensive benefits Joss Search is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer, passionately supporting and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
