Executive Assistant to CEO & Co-Founder | Perm | Shoreditch | 5 days office based | £50,000 - £70,000 London + international travel Our client is a world-leading & famous media and investment company building creator-led brands, ventures and communities that shape a happier, healthier future. We’re looking for a highly organised, culturally aware and AI-fluent Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Co-Founder in a fast-moving global role spanning media, events, partnerships and international travel. This is far more than diary management. You’ll help run the operating system behind a high-performance founder environment, managing schedules, travel, meetings, events and high-value relationships across London, LA, NYC and beyond. What you’ll be doing: Managing complex calendars and international travel Preparing briefs, meeting notes and executive support materials Coordinating dinners, events and founder/creator gatherings Keeping projects, deadlines and communications moving Using AI tools to improve workflows, speed and efficiency Supporting across media, partnerships and day-to-day operations What we’re looking for: 2+ years supporting a founder, executive, talent or public figure Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail Calm under pressure and able to move at pace Strong communication and writing skills Deep interest in culture, media, founders and emerging trends Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude in daily work Happy travelling internationally when required You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, resourceful, culturally plugged-in and excited by the opportunity to work closely with ambitious people building at scale.
