We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to an MD and the wider office in a private investment firm. This position requires a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across international financial markets. 5 days in office. The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the seamless management of priorities, communications, and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities Manage the complex and constantly evolving schedule across multiple time zones Coordinate global travel, high-level meetings, and investor engagements Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and documentation for investment committees and executive meetings Act as a key point of coordination between internal and external stakeholders Manage sensitive communications and confidential information with absolute discretion Ensure effective follow-up on key actions, projects, and strategic initiatives Front of house responsibilities, meeting and greeting clients and visitors Ensuring office runs smoothly, ordering supplies and refreshments Experience required Proven experience supporting senior investment professionals in a fast paced and demanding environment Background in investment management, private equity, asset management, sovereign wealth, or financial services strongly preferred Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills Calm under pressure with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Absolute professionalism and discretion
