Executive Assistant - Real Estate Team Mayfair £55,000 - £62,000 12 month FTC An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant join a leading investment firm within Real Estate. Supporting in a fast-paced and high-performing team, including stakeholders up to Managing Director level, this role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, who is highly adaptable and resilient, working in a sometime chaotic environment. The EA will act as a key support to the team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day to day operations, while managing competing priorities with positivity and enthusiasm. 1-2 day hybrid available. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Complex diary and inbox management for multiple senior stakeholders, including MD level Coordinating meetings, client engagements and international travel arrangements Preparing reports and documentation as required Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting team projects and wider administrative requirements Processing expenses for the team as required Support with various projects as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Similar experience within private equity, investment/asset management desired Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail Confident, professional communicator with a calm and adaptable approach Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment A great team player REF: AJL181248 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
