Paralegal – Property Litigation & Leasehold Matters. 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract About the Opportunity- A well-established London-based law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Property Litigation and Leasehold team on a fixed-term basis. This role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious property matters and would suit a candidate with prior litigation or property law experience who is looking to work within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment. The Role- You will support a team of fee earners across a varied caseload involving property litigation and leasehold matters. Responsibilities are expected to include: Liaising with Courts and Tribunals Assisting with case management and procedural deadlines Preparing and filing Court and Tribunal documentation Supporting disclosure exercises and evidence preparation Assisting with witness statements, exhibits, and hearing bundles Drafting notices, correspondence, and standard applications Conducting legal and Land Registry research Obtaining and summarising title documentation Supporting file opening, compliance, and client due diligence processes Assisting with client communications and drafting correspondence Preparing costs schedules and related documentation About You- Applicants should ideally have: A minimum of 2 years’ Paralegal experience Experience within litigation, property litigation, landlord and tenant, or leasehold matters Familiarity with Court procedures and case management processes Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail The ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive and professional approach The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Confidence handling sensitive and confidential information The FirmThe successful candidate will join a respected and established legal practice with a strong collaborative culture and a commitment to high-quality client service.
