Our client - a highly prestigious US law firm are seeking a bright, talented and ambitious HR Administrator who has experience in HR to join their growing team and support the HR department on a fixed month contract of 12 months.. This is an extremely busy role - where main duties will include:- Dealing with HR Inbox queries Diary management for the HR team Maintain HR filing systems Draft correspondence Update spreadsheets Assist with recruitment tasks Process invoices Manage Workday HR System The ideal candidate will have worked within HR in a corporate environment, be a team player with outstanding organisational and communications skills - plus also a whizz on IT! 4 days in the office required during probation and once passed, the opportunity to work 3 days in office, 2 at home..
