Receptionist - Facility Coordinator International financial organisation - Mayfair up to £43,000 + Overtime + benefits depending on experience For our client, a prestigious international financial organisation based in Mayfair, we are looking for a receptionist with facility management experience. This international organisation is international is looking for a candidate with a professional and can do attitude. Excellent communication skills a must. MAIN DUTIES Reception Handling meeting room schedule, inform building security about guest visiting and picking them from building reception when they arrive Arranging meeting rooms, organising refreshments, breakfast and lunch as and when required Handling telephone calls, in an efficient and helpful manner, taking messages and passing to them on Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier) Facility Management Dealing with contractors (cleaning, maintenance, building security, fruit provider, lunch providers, plant provider, business card provider…) Ensure stationery and kitchen supplies are available Management of meeting room booking system Visitor booking using building management system Raising and following up on work orders with vendors 5 days/week in office - 8am-5pm
