A successful asset management firm, based in St. James's, is seeking a receptionist to join the team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. This is a dynamic role where no one day is the same! Split across floors in a stunning office with lots of amenities, there will be a varied mixture of duties. Job Role: Meeting and greeting guests. Administrative duties for the building. Booking meeting rooms. Answers phone calls. Keeping on top of office supplies. Helping the team as a whole with any needs and providing high-quality assistance. Assisting in putting together regular company events. Setting up board rooms. Working closely with the Office/Facilities Manager. Candidate Must Be: Proactive. Excellent working with a team. Highly organised. Attentive and maintains a great attitude and work ethic. Must have experience working in front of house and ideally is familiar with high-end hospitality. Discreet with information. Salary: £30,000 and equivalent for temp p/h.
