This Administrative Assistant role offers variety, autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple international offices. Key responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position: Providing proactive Administrative Assistant support to two senior Executive Assistants across London and Paris Managing calendars, meeting coordination and complex international travel arrangements Supporting office and facilities management including meeting rooms, visitors and office supplies Processing invoices, payments and expense reconciliation in line with compliance procedures Managing shared mailboxes and ensuring timely follow-up across teams Coordinating couriers, post and shipments between international offices Preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes Supporting day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across multiple business lines Assisting with payroll funding administration and financial tracking activities Maintaining excellent communication with senior stakeholders and wider teams across geographies What background and experience are the company looking for? Previous experience within an Administrative/Office Assistant or Reception position within Financial or professional services Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, flexible and team-oriented approach Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure Financial services or financial markets experience would be advantageous Fluent English required; French language skills would be beneficial but are not essential This Administrative Assistant opportunity would suit someone who is eager to learn, highly organised and excited by the opportunity to work within an international and collaborative environment.
