A Business, Projects and Operations focused role within a Tech-focused Private Office PR/030002 Up to £75,000 plus bonus! We are supporting a private office in the search for a Business, Projects & Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Operations Director, supporting a highly successful tech entrepreneur. The Role This is a broad and hands-on role, requiring strong judgment, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-led mindset. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in shaping how operations run day to day, while supporting across a wide range of business and personal activities linked to the Principal. This is a role where you will be expected to think ahead, challenge where needed and take full ownership of your remit. Key responsibilities include: Supporting day-to-day operations across both business and personal activities Managing invoices and payments, working closely with accountants, bankers and legal advisors Overseeing elements of complex diary and travel coordination, ensuring accuracy and alignment Supporting events, projects and VIP guest coordination, including occasional international travel Managing logistics for gifting, branded materials and key stakeholder touchpoints Acting as a key point of contact for external partners including suppliers, creatives and drivers Assisting with office coordination across suppliers, spaces and general logistics Supporting occasional liaison with the Principal’s family Benefits & Details Full-time, Central London office-based with flexibility required Up to £75,000 plus bonus Comprehensive benefits package reflective of a high-quality private office environment About You This role will suit someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated by being part of a high-performing team.
