12mth FTC Administrative Assistant - Private Equity £35-42k plus bonus and benefits. West End. Excellent benefits package We are working with a highly successful Private Equity firm with a super friendly and supportive culture, who are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their close-knit team on a 12mth FTC. Working closely with, and under the guidance of their Executive Assistants, you will support a small team of Analysts and VPs with diary, travel, meeting and expense management. This role includes Front of House cover on Fridays and is within a team who work closely together to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a superb learning opportunity for someone keen to gain experience within the private equity industry. Open on previous industry experience, this is a role for someone who is keen and quick to learn, ambitious, driven, and willing to grow within the role and business. Candidate profile- Minimum of 2 years office-based support experience Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills High level of emotional intelligence, professional judgement, and discretion Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail Able to manage competing demands and expectations Excellent communication and relationship building skills Confidence using Microsoft Office Further detail- Fully office based, with flexibility to WFH, ad hoc when needed 25 days holiday Discretionary bonus Additional benefits including private healthcare, pension and dental insurance
