A well–established and highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Eastbourne is looking for an Audit Assistant Manager or Audit Manager, with the level set against the right person, to join a settled, partner–led team. The firm is properly independent. Not part of a network, not part of a wider group, and not reporting into a head office somewhere else. It is, however, big enough to run a dedicated audit function in–house, which means real audits, real planning work, and proper client exposure rather than slotting into someone else's process. You'll also get a genuine mix of audit and accounts work. If you enjoy variety and don't want to live inside a busy–season cycle for ten months of the year, this kind of split is hard to beat.
