Our Email & CRM department is a specialist function currently going through an incredibly exciting growth phase. What you’ll be doing As an Email Marketing Executive at CTI Digital, you’ll take hands-on ownership of day-to-day delivery across a range of key client accounts. Working closely with the Head of Email & CRM, you will manage campaigns from initial brief through to deployment, ensuring our work always breaks new ground. Key Responsibilities Campaign Delivery: Build, test, and deploy end-to-end email campaigns across client accounts, primarily utilising DotDigital and Hubspot. Automation & Journeys: Set up, manage, and continuously optimise automated programs and behavioral customer journeys. Audience Segmentation: Analyse and segment audiences to ensure highly targeted messaging reaches the correct customer at the optimal time. Insights & Reporting: Compile and present regular performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for clients. Client Collaboration: Support and actively contribute to client calls and meetings, building strong, trusted working relationships. Cross-Agency Teamwork: Collaborate with the wider agency on creative briefs, asset requirements, and multi-channel campaign planning. Continuous Innovation: Stay curious about email marketing best practices, changing deliverability landscape, and evolving CRM trends. What experience you need to be successful To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a blend of marketing curiosity, data comfort, and a proactive mindset. You love owning your outcomes and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to support the wider team. Key qualities and experience include: Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in email marketing or CRM, ideally developed within a fast-paced agency environment. Platform Confidence: Proven experience using DotDigital with the ability to work independently within the platform. End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated success managing campaigns from initial build and QA testing to deployment and final analysis. Attention to Detail: An analytical eye for spotting errors and maintaining a high standard of quality control before hitting send. Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication style with comfort participating in client-facing calls and presentations. Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple account schedules and deadlines simultaneously. What sets you apart (Nice-to-haves) Experience with additional automation platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email customisation. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, customer loyalty strategy, or consumer-facing (B2C) brands.
