JOB TITLE: Accounts Assistant

LOCATION: New Romney, Kent

SALARY: £15ph to £16ph

TERM: 3 months, possible Temp to Perm

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (could be flexible)

Office Angels are excited to be working with this expanding business based in New Romney in recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Assistant. This role is covering a busy period so an immediate start is required.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

• Entering supplier invoices into the system


• Bank reconciliation


• Sending invoices and statements to customers


• Chasing payments, handling invoice queries


• Raising credits


• Posting supplier invoices


• Raising statement


• Processing payments

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

• Have Accounts experience


• Are proficient using Accounting systems


• Are available to start a temporary role immediately
