Temporary Customer Service Advisor
Brentwood, Essex
£12.75 per hour
7 week assignment to start ASAP
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Duties:
- Working as part of large team you will liaise with customers, updating information on the in-house database
- You will forward feedback emails to customers and log responses
- You will respond to enquiries and queries by phone and email
To be considered for this role:
- You must be confident talking to customers over the telephone
- You must be available to work for the next 7 weeks without substantial absences
